At Ayesha' Fashion and Accessories, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We run a quality check on all items to insure their quality before they are packed and sent to you. Please carefully confirm your size before buying ( a specific measurement will be shown below the product description).
Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.
Refund:
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back to us, unless they are faulty. ( Any item found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival is eligible for full refund or replacement, please contact us within 15 business days from the arrival date.)
All returns must be returned to Return Center in USA:
Packaging Requirements:
Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and submit ticket for return address and reason for return along with the photograph(s).
Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us the item link and size which you want to exchange for. We will arrange the replacement,t once we received the returned items. If you return for Refund, We will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition)and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (Include your invoice received from your email or simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)
Step 4: Send it off. Email our customer service the tracking #.
We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Receiving A Refund:
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
